Dear Parent, we're glad to inform you that your refund has been approved from our end and an approval mail has been sent. The refund will be processed and initiated in the next 4-8 weeks from the date of approval.

Bhanju, is creating Wallet with NO Cost EMI but charging 16% interest. When wanted to discontinue and asked to stop Payment Request from my Bank, they said not possible because you did not meet Refund criteria, where as I just requested to stop payment request but I did not ask for Refund. While enrollment they promised after 4 months any time you can withdraw or discontinue but in reality it is not. Raised multiple requests for the same reiteration my concerns to Bhanzu, but support team not giving any positive response. Its more than a month now. This is really annoying. I am sure there are hundreds of same scenarios and how much money accumulated with such kind of scenarios, even after discontinuation. How can I overcome this situation not sure.
