Bhanzu — Refund process was very slow and no one is responding

On 1st Feb 2023 I enquired Bhanzu for 1 year program because my daughter was in Grade 9 and she will not be able to attend Bhanzu classes when she moves to grade 10. The sales person convinced us to take 2 year program and informed that you can drop out from the course when it is really difficult for the kid to attend session. We made the full payment on the day. On 15th Jan 2024 I requested Bhanzu for discontinuation since my daughter will complete her grade 9 exam and move to Grade 10 by Feb'24. Initially the relationship Manger called and tried to convince that she will arrange for different Batch timing in weekend but we requested her to raise a REFUND request. She said refund request was raised and it is in progress. I tried reaching her by mail, messages, calls etc to know the status for the refund request now she started ignoring and not picking the call.
I don't know how to reach them and get my money Refunded. Now it is more than 3 months and there is no response. I feel Bhanzu is a scam and they concentrate only in admitting students and there are not willing and not ready to refund the money back as they promised initially.
