Hi,
Bhanzu has done a fraud with me. i enrolled my child with bhanzu thinking its a big brand name and as they promised that its a great platform and also using hi tech technology they are teaching the child.But when i started the classes it was highly manual and there is no defined circullum to cover in ecah class.they promised that with this they will definately increase the speed of calculation but when they took assessment . the child who answered first is fastest followed by other there is no analysis that my child spped was 5 mins to solve question earlier but now his speed has increaed.
there is no technology used and ever the circullium is pathetic what they promised is not delivered at all.
3)when i complint about it, they are just closing the ticket stating you have to complerte classses
