Bhanzu — Taking too long to refund my son's course fees

I, MIthali Paranjape, enrolled my son Vihan for Bhanzu's online Mental math course on 16th June 2023. After 34 sessions, when my son could still not keep pace with the course, I asked for a refund. Before taking admissions I had confirmed with team Bhanzu that they would give a refund if a similar situation arose. On 17th December 2023, I requested Bhanzu for a refund as we did not find the class up to our requirement. I am writing to register a complaint regarding the non-refund of my payment in spite of their assurances to do so. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received any response or updates from their end.
