I had enrolled my child with Bhanzu just because of the 100% refund policy. Thier representatives restlessly followed up with me to join. After conveying my unsatisfaction and request for Refund appeal everyone stopped responding. Emails sent, whats app sent, sent through all possible medias but no response.
Since last month, I have been trying by applying all possible methods to reach you for receiving my refund but all my efforts remain futile.
