Bhanzu — Urgent Complaint and Warning Regarding Bhanzu Online Maths Classes

I am writing to bring to your attention the fraudulent practices of the company Bhanzu, specifically in their online Maths classes for children. Despite their promises of academic improvement and a flexible withdrawal process, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

I enrolled my child in Bhanzu's classes based on their enticing advertisements featuring their CEO, Mr. Neelakanta Bhanu, presenting himself as a human calculator. However, the reality is quite the opposite. The classes offered no substantial educational value, and it became evident that my child was not benefiting academically.

Moreover, their sales team persuaded us to opt for a Consumer Loan for the tuition fee, assuring us that we could withdraw from the classes after 20 sessions, and the loan would be promptly stopped. Unfortunately, the process of withdrawal has been marred by false excuses and unnecessary delays since I raised a request on November 6, 2023.

It is apparent that Bhanzu intends to prolong the process to extract more money from unsuspecting parents. In light of these deceptive practices, I am planning to lodge a formal police complaint and send a legal notice to Bhanzu and its CEO, Neelakanta Bhanu.

I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take necessary actions against Bhanzu to prevent further harm to parents and children. Additionally, I encourage all parents who have faced similar issues with Bhanzu to come forward and join the fight against this fraudulent institution.

Let us unite to protect the rights of parents and children and bring an end to the deceptive practices of Bhanzu.
