Bharati Airtel — wrong number recharged didn't reverse the amount and wrong plane recharged but didn't reversed the amount as correct plan | |||
I surendra yadav airtel consumer bearing number [protected]. I intended to recharge my mobile through sbi net banking app on 28th may 2018. But due to mistake i recharged inr 995 plan on a wrong number viz [protected] transaction number uh44573686. I immediatly made intimation on airtel presence and got assurancei that the amount would be reversed as top up on right mobile no. 30th may 2018. But till i have not received the same. It is to be stated here that after wrong recharge i once again recharged my actual number with 995 plan through sbi net banking app transaction number uh44573991 on same day perceiving that 995 plan is 1.4gb/ day plan. But soon i realised that the plan 995 is per month plan and once again i approached airtel presence to reverse my plan as 509 plan and the rest amount as top up. But all in vain. Neither my wrong number recharged amount reversed nor my plan was reversed as correct plan. So please take needful step Was this information helpful? | |||
