[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — Incorrect billing and harassment | |||
Please note that bills for telephone numbers [protected] and [protected] are missing from the zipped files. Moreover, as very clear from my bill for [protected] there remains a security deposit of Rupees Three Thousand Only which has not been shown as adjusted in the billing. I have already lost Rupees Seven Hundred Only by way of irrecoverable amount from my Airtel Money Account on [protected] and in this regard I wish to make it explicitly clear that I will proceed through all possible legal avenues if M/s Bharti Airtel intends to harass me b y way of intimidating phone calls emails or whatsoever without providing transparency in billing and invoicing. This mail is being copied to all concerned in advanceso that my right tolegaljustice is not mitigated in anyway whatsoever. I will also go on record and state that I require my bills to be sent to me within a maximum of forty eight hours from the time of this mail since all these ten connections in question; listed below once again for your reference have been ported out on or before 09 May 2014 and I am liable to make payments only after receiving proper LEGITIMATE invoices showing full and final settlement of accounts for the same.
