[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel India Pvt Limited — Airtel cheating people just by extending the dates when asked to close the connection

Airtel is the one of the worst service in india. even though u asked them to close the account they will try extend the dates. they will ask us to pay extra amount. this is one of the way in which people are cheated by airtel. my connection is not closed and telling final settlement will be generated on[protected] Please see below conversations between me and Airtel Representative in last month From: [protected]@in.airtel.com [mailto:[protected]@in.airtel.com] Sent: Monday, October 7, 2013 2:16 PM To: V, Rajeshvarma Subject: Re:[protected] [|BAL|Qrc207101312105521166940|] Namaste, You wrote in on[protected], with an inquiry regarding cancellation status of your airtel fixedline number [protected]. We regret the delay in responding to your mail.

As per the telephonic conversation we had with you on the number [protected], we
have registered your request for cancellation. Your Reference number
is 39420034 and the same will be addressed by 7 days.

Please note the currently there is no pending amount for bill dated[protected].
The final bill will be generated on[protected].

The security deposit (if any) will be automatically adjusted towards
outstanding balance on the account or refunded through cheque within 45 days
from the date of permanent disconnection.

We are truly disappointed to learn that you are considering moving out of the
airtel network. Are there any service/ operational issues related to your
current fixedline number that we can assist with? Is there anything we can do
to improve your airtel experience? We would be delighted to assist.
