Bharti Airtel Limited — Fraudulent conversion from prepaid to postpaid without consent via OTP scam

I received a phone call claiming to activate 5G services for my Airtel number. During the call, I was asked to share an OTP, which I unknowingly shared.
After that, my number was converted from prepaid to postpaid without my consent. This is a fraudulent and unauthorized action.
I contacted customer care, but they refused to reverse the change and asked me to wait 15 days and pay the bill.
I clearly state that I did not give consent for postpaid conversion, and this has been done through a scam.
I request immediate reversal to prepaid and waiver of any charges applied due to this fraudulent activity.
Kindly treat this as an urgent complaint and take strict action.
