Bharti Airtel Limited — RE: Speed Issue Ticket Ref:[protected] SLA Breached

I am an Airtel Xstream AirFiber customer (Account: [protected]) subscribed to a 40 Mbps plan. For the past 3 weeks, my download speed has been severely throttled to ~1 Mbps–10 Mbps, making the internet connection unusable.
Notably, my upload speed remains normal at 49 Mbps with low latency (12ms), confirming that local cell tower signal, reception, and router hardware are functioning properly. The issue is a backend profile provisioning lock on Airtel’s network management side.
On July 30, 2026, Airtel support explicitly committed via email (under ticket ref:[protected] that the speed issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Over 34 hours have passed since that commitment, and my download speed remains capped at 10 Mbps. Follow-up emails sent to [protected]@airtel.com have yielded no technical resolution.
Relief Sought:
Immediate intervention to re-push/re-provision the active 40 Mbps speed profile to my SIM line.
Pro-rata billing waiver/adjustment credit for the 3 weeks of degraded service as acknowledged in Airtel's email correspondence.
