Bharti Airtel Limited — Wrong Promise - misleading advertisement and unfair & fraudulent trade practices | |||
Want to bring to your attention that in the Airtel App, it shows - Prime video has been claimed by me, but as for my knowledge, I have not subscribed.Therefore, I contacted Airtel customer service, they responded that I have claimed during the 2018 period, so I cannot ask now. Point to be noted: -After 2018, I moved to Vodafone for close to 3 years. -Now in 2021 - new MPN generated back to Airtel hence this should consider as new connection not as old, as I have been treated as new customer in terms of all -How Airtel can consider me as an old connection ? where I was not with Airtel for more than 3 years, then I have been asked to be subscribed as a new customer by MNP and all other documents have been submitted as a new customer as per norms *Moreover, and nowhere in Airtel terms and conditions it has been mentioned about this, that I have signed for, so I believe Prime video benefit needs to be credited back to my account. Even during any conversation with Airtel executive during the MNP this has not been mentioned nor this has not been clearly mentioned in your T&C. It’s unfair to take advantage against the customer without any intimation. Request a positive response.
