[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Ltd — Inflated bills | |||
I ported my sim([protected]) to airtel postpaid connection on 28th Jan in Kolkata zone. The plan I purchased was 299 Per month which was suggested to me by Airtel's Sales Executive, Subrata([protected]).While pitching me the plan that it has 1 GB 4G per month and unlimited 2G Speed post 1 GB 4G. But to my surprise, I got the bill amount of 1790 INR. When I called the sales executive, he admitted that he had done this by mistake and said "Not to pay the bill and loose the number carelessly". This is heights of ignorance and sheer wastage of my time and money. Please resolve at the earliest. Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
