Bharti Airtel — ne airtel prepaid sim not activated since 20 days | |||
I am very upset to tell about poor support from airtel service center and customer executive. I have tata docomo sim with mob. Number [protected] and it has been migrated to airtel, and after few days the sim got deactivated, then i visited nearest airtel store and told my concern then they provided me one new airtel sim which supposed to have same mobile number which i was using in docomo. They told me it will be activated with in a week but now it's more than two weeks over, still my sim not activated every day i am contacting with airtel store and customer care but not getting any positive response. Even the customer support executive not speaking politely. I did not get that much poor support from any telecom company throughout my life. If possible please take necessary action.
