Bharti Airtel — poor network

Hi, iam dharmeswar chaudang. Iam from assam. Iam a very old custermer of airtel. Our whole family is in airtel. My complaint is that there is no 4g and 3g coverage. What are you doing? I have to port our sim to vodafone and i also bought a jio sim. Because they had given 4g coverage fully in our area. But you did not get any actions after my long complaints.
