Bharti Airtel — Postpaid mobile connection | |||||
I ported from Idea to Airtel and I got message from 1900 that number will be ported at so and so time and then my Idea sim got de-activated but Airtel did not activate my number. After several complaints, they took 10 days to solve the issue and all this 10 days my number wasn't active due to which I faced huge loss, mental disturbance and affected the reputation for which Airtel people committed me that they will take care of it once the number is activated. Now after 1.5 months, I am trying regularly to get my loss and compensation of Rs.25000/- for which Airtel completely ignored and now they dis-agreed for it saying the connection wasn't activated due to technical error and we apologize for it but cannot do anything. I want this to be taken seriously and get me my loss amount of Rs.25000/- Please help regarding this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
