Bharti Airtel — repeted transection | |
Hello, I've done a recharge of rs. 249 with a voucher of ₹25 through airtel payment bank and at the payment page i'm getting a notification that pay via airtel payment bank and get flat ₹40 cashback. I've successfully placed the recharge. But even after 2-3 hrs the cashback was not added to my account. Update- The same transection got repeted and an amount of ₹249 got debited from my payment bank account without otp/pin. How this is possible? And why one have recharge with same plan twice. If i've to recharge then i'll recharge with higher amount to get good benefits. Request - Please cancel the last recharge/txn and refund the same to my account. Please let me know the status of my cashback on first txn. For your kind information i've attached the txn details and info. Reg. No [protected] Email [protected]@gmail.com *tried to contact on 121, 198 & 400 but on one available Also tried to contact on instagram, facebook, twitter but no one responding to my tweets at the same time they are replying to another tweets. *i understand the epidemic, i really do. But the same goes for the airtel. My office was closed and my salary will not be come die to current coronavirus outbreak.
