Bharti Airtel — wrong recharge to airtel no [protected]

I wrongly recharge my airtel no [protected] in place of [protected] from my airtel payments bank. When i called costumer care there was no response about this problem. I already mailed my problem to airtel presence and [protected]@airtelbank.com.
Please get me out from this trouble.

Airtel deducting automatically in the name of masti services after recharge balance getting zero for these deductions repeatedly

Yesterday I recharged for Rs 50 and it is reduced to Rs 5 only

I don't know whose account is this and which bank is this. Can you please help identify the source and inform them. What is surprising that even if the person has entered a wrong mobile number why the bank has not verified it.
