[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — request to sanction claim.

Dear sir/ma’am
I request you to sanction accidental claim of my vehicle maruti suzuki ertiga (Up32 fk 3377). As i have applied for the accidental claim on 11 june 2017 thru ktl workshop at deva road, lucknow and i was replied after more than two month with an answer that my claim will not be sanctioned because i have taken ncb (No claim bonus) in my present policy as earlier policy was already claimed. Which means i am not eligible for the ncb for the current policy. We understand the procedure.
But when an executive (Bharti axa) on telephonic conversation finals a deal due to the competition of other insurance company’s tariff, he (Mr. Ritesh srivastava cont - [protected]) reduces the premium by offering the ncb of the current policy without informing me/client. How will i be able to know the status of the policy?
We believe as a customer that insurance is for our safety where we are covered with maximum losses if any misshaping happens. We as a customer don’t pretend to have the misshaping everyday/year.
After my concern of claim and asking with the respective workshop many times, i was told that the senior manger is on off. But my vehicle is ready and will be delivered as my claim papers are singed. One day on 12th august 2017 i and family have been harassed and abused by few people of bharti axa, as mr vikas tripath cont-[protected] call me and said your claim cannot be sanctioned anymore and for any query contact mr ashok tiwari cont-[protected] (Sales manager) to his office. When my cousin when to take the details of my claim at bharti axa office. Mr ashok triwari used abusive language and scuffle with my cousin and called mr ritesh srivastava (Sales executive) and mr manmohan yadav (Claim manager) with three more people on black mahindra scorpio. They gave warning that they will beat and kill me and my cousin if they found again towards their office. This is the condition of customer who have gave his premium for the insurance and was regular from last 3 years with the belief that if anything miss happens with my vehicle i have an insurance from bharti axa a reputed and prestigious company, but now after purchasing the insurance my life is not insured as staff or whole chain of hierarchy of the bharti axa company lucknow branch is involved and they are harassing me as i should sit aside and keep myself calm, so that their fraud can be covered from the world.
One day on 25th aug 2017 i was also told thru an email that i have been send two notices regarding the ncb, first on 2nd may 2017 and the second on 26th of may 2017 by speed post. Both the notice wasn’t yet received by me or anyone at my residence and after tracking the post i have found that the first notice with a message “consignment detail not found” and second notice was delivered and received by unknown person on 8th july 2017 (After one month of my accident) as per records of speed post, which is again after all the story which was going on i. E. I have no information by any means before 12th august that my policy have such an error which was completely a fraud by the executive to grab a sale (Copy enclosed).
And thru this email conversation on 25th august 2017 by mr sandeep (National head bajaj capital) informed me about these two notices and the nature of my policy. I was shocked to know that my policy was handled by brokerage associate company bajaj capital. Where in i was aware that i am talking to bharti axa executive and i have been sold the insurance directly by bharti axa and the trust of such prestigious company was with me while i was purchasing the policy, but because of business target i been fooled by this so called company and now they continually doing the same to escape with this blunder done by their one off executive (Copy enclosed).
So let me know where as customer i am at fault, when i was misguided by your company’s executive who committed such fraud with me to get his business.
I will make responsible to bharti axa and bajaj capital for this fraud and will claim for my vehicle accidental claim and all expenses covered during the process.

No any concrete response throw company. 6 days before call from Bharti Axa and company representative tell company resolve problem within 3-5 days. But today at least after seven days no any updates..
