BHIM — Money Blocked by BHIM Upi

Hello sir, my name is kishan singh parmar. I had applied for the IPO of INDIGO PAINTS of 3 lots Through Angel broking app, and today's morning that is date 22.01.2021 i got mandate request on BHIM UPI app, and then i accept the mandate request but after accepting the mandate request it showed me a message that your IPO creation failed, But just after this message my 44700 Rupees debited from my Union bank account without giving me any message. So till now i don't have any active indigo ipo . But now i don't know that where is my money gone. So i request you to please help me for refund.
