I am having Big bazzar profit club card and had approx Rs 9000 balance. Tried all the possibility to contact BB but not able to reach them. Today I saw my balance was showing to zero and now I am not able to login to that app.
I think we need to get united to fight with BB.

I have a big bazaar profit card and there about 7000 balance in my card.
Big bazaar is closed in entire Bangalore. I emailed to [protected]@bigbazaar.com but the emails are bouncing back, toll free number is not reachable.

From past four months I am not able to use Profit club cards Due to store closed and one store regret to use card any more . Hence request to refund urgently and mail id not working of yours.
All three cards have balance and store not open at Asansol and open recently but regret by store manager to use our cards . In this circumstances Pl. refund my balance urgently.

I have submitted ORIGINAL PROFITCLUB CARD along with Application and Cancelled Cheque, Aadhaar Card Photocopy to Bigbazar Outlet on 07-May-2022, PROFITCLUB Card Number [protected] with my Contact Number [protected] for Refund Amount 3000/- .
The Amount is not deposited till date to my Bank Account. Please let me know when the amount will be credited to my bank account.

I have a profit club card issued from Big Bazaar. The next month the Big Bazar was closed their business from online as well as offline shop also. I went there in the same area Jio smararts bazaar have started their business, but their people have not responded properly nor any information regarding issue of profit club card refund.
