Big Bazar — promised discount of 10% with savings club card is being declined | |||
My savings club card no. Is [protected] which was given to me after following the due procedure and payment of ₹999/-. It was informed me very loud & clear that the card will not be applicable on 5 items viz. Oil, ghee, sugar, patanjali products, and jewellery and on big saving days as well. Now i have been denied to get the benefit as i was inquiring about the washing machines (Preferably samsung) at ezone, rohtak road, new delhi. I had purchased saving club card at hubli big bazaar after asking 100 times whether it is valid in any big bazaar store at bangalore, they said yes while selling, they misguided me, after coming to Bangalore i came to know that it's hardly accepted only in few stores. When i raised the complaint d store person called n he gave d list where its accepted n they closed d issue on their own.
I am also cheated by BB savings club. Purchased in T Nagar Chennai & not usable in big malls like EA & Phoenix! I have 35K pending & Card is expiring next month! It is clear cheating from Big Bazaar & customers are taken for ride!

I am also cheated by BB savings club. Purchased in JALANDHAR PUNJAB & not usable in other Big Bazaars like BADDI, KANGRA(H.P) & CHANDIGARH I have 48K pending & IAM TRANSFFERED FROM JALANDHAR. It is clear cheating from Big Bazaar & customers are taken for ride!
Big Bazaar Saving club is clear case of cheating and fraud. Big bazar executive of Belgaum Karnataka gave all false information about the card and sold the card to me after payment of Rs 999/-. After transaction was complete, then they toldme that its not applicable on 5 items such as ghee, oil etc.They also inform me that its applicable at outlet at Goa (Porvorim). But again cheating, this card was not accepted at Goa Porvorim BB.
They are saying that it has only 1 year validity. But it's not mentioned on card. Can we take legal action?
