It's showing complete but order is not yet delivered. No one is helping me, this is pathetic from big basket.. They took money from me but nothing is delivered, there r fake promises and i have been fooled by them. They are fooling lot of people around and not providing the promised order, this is getting pathetic with every passing day. Please help...and when ever we call customer care ...they says that your order will be cancelled by delivery boy ..bcuz phone not reachable ...they all are fake that it...

On 24th March, I ordered pack of 2 paneer 200 gm ×2 .
I got 3 pack of paneer weight 200 gm and one pack is 100 gm..I didn't realize time of receiving ...now I feel cheated ...

    I received gift voucher worth rs 250 but when i tried to redeem it on order message shows invalid voucher, i contacted customer care thrice in an hour and each call was put on hold for more than 10 min but after that it was disconnected. I also sent an email regarding the issue.

    Extremely poor customer service.

    Due to I was on very urgent call could not pick up call, Delivery person didn't approach for second call and after talking to customer care immediately they postponed order for 24 hours . That's so disappointing . There is no proper management and communication between delivery person and customer care of big basket.Its really very very bad.

      Every single day i am ordering in big basket since 10th mar 2018. They are delivering the order everyday. Today i was waiting for my order since 17:00 ist. Few minutes back i got a call from big basket i was washing clothes. Before i was able to pick up the call. The call got cut. I called them back in exactly 1 min. They are saying i didn't pickup the call hence order is cancelled, order is rescheduled for tomorrow. And they saying reason as security is not letting the delivery person inside. There is no security in my building. Since i am ordering everyday since 10th mar 2018, all the big basket delivery person knows my address and they won't call me everyday and come to my door directly. Just because the new delivery person today doesn't know my address they are cancelling and rescheduling my order. All the vegetables are for my pets. If i don't get the order today should i starve my pets or should i kill them or should i go buy vegetables in vegetable shop. What good it is for me to get today's vegetables tomorrow. All this because of incompetent delivery person who doesn't know how to find my address

      On 1.3.18 I made a purchase using the promo BINGO & Made the payments through PAYZAPP.
      Now it's been 28 days and I haven't got my CASHBACK.
      After several mails to both Big basket and PAYZAPP, nobody is bothered.

        Order no #MHO[protected]..i placed dis order on yesterday (20/3/18) night..they have given me today (21/3/18) delivery time on 7.30 to 10.00. But without my knowledge they have changed to tomorrow (22/3/18) on same time..they promised one thing doing another thing.
        Please, take immediate on this issue.

          Dear team,

          Its my very pathetic intraction with you that i didnt received my order yet, it suppose to be deliver between 7.30pm to 10pm, but now its 10.48pm but i didny received my order yet.

          I also cal your customer service @ 9.28pm and a person told me that in 10min he will arrange a call from delivery team but i didnt get any cal.

          Now i suffer because i didnt make any purchase from market and now i am nothing for eat and it will also a very bad impression on me that big basket is not a reliable portal for grocery market.

          And now i decided that i will share my this problem with social media and also going to rate very poor and also tell people that they never use bigbasket for there need.in market there are many more online protals are available which is very reliable in terms of there delivery slots but now i felt very bad because now i dont have any options to complete my need.

          Tomorrow i am also going to make a legal action against the big basket about my delivery and most important a huge compensation i also demand because i have also word with the big basketier team and he assure me that they arrange a cal in 10min but they didint connect me.

          And this was a very pathetic experiance with big basket and i request to all that didnt make any purchse from big basket.

            Again called cc for complaint
            Cc quoted the reasons as "traffic jam" & "operational issues, therefore updated as delivered".
            He promised to call back with updates # no call received
            Mailed to cc for such issues
            Received call & mail # promised delivery by 16th, as operational team is looking into it.
            Received a call again stating that slot booked for 17th mar.
            Received a message that due to "operational constraint", order will be delivered by 18th mar.

            After providing all required details i emailed Mr Prashant Waydande several times but it has initiated no response.We have also shared our customer grievance on social media but it seems big basket takes customers grievance in a very light manner.Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest

              For order no mdvo[protected] some weight is changed and charged accordingly. However weight is changed in range of 10 gm to 50 gm product to product. I need to know about accuracy level of your weighing scale. As a customer right i need "weighing scale calibration certificate" certified by govt agency for current period or year.
              Change in weight is very small and accuracy level of 10 kg machine is 1% means 10 gm error is always there and same 10 gm you are charging. So pls provide weighing scale calibration certificate asap.

                There are missing items in last 3 deliveries when i ordered in bigbasket and the items missed during delivery are termed as "customer returns". First due to these misses, i am not getting the ordered items. On top of this, they do not acknowledge their fault and term this as "returns".
                When complained to customer care, i was told that the delivery boy saw the item was damaged & hence did not give to me.in reality item was not even there in the cartoon.
                As a customer, i am not getting correct delivery of items and a bunch of lies to hide the inefficiencies.

                This was my first order from bigbasket and it was hella disappointing. Should have stuck with flipkart only.
                On the day of delivery, half of the items got cancelled because they were not available. YOU SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED THEM IN "OUT OF STOCK" beforehand. They refunded the amount back to bb wallet and now i am forced to use the app again for ordering my groceries.
                Even after delivery, one item is missing.
                Its better they keep the COD option open because by GOD YALL CANT OPERATE THE SITE.

                  This is to inform you that order id. Msuo[protected]. Was ordered on 15th march and it is was delivered on 16th march 2018at around 10 to 11'o clock.
                  The reason for complaint is many vegetables and fruits were not fresh.
                  We are completely disappointed with such poor quality of service provided by big basket.
                  Please take care of this problem as a major issue and see that it does not again with any other person in future.

                    I raised on complaint on big basket customer care on 7 th march 2018 about having a negative balance of inr 562 in my account. After trying to reach their customer service for several days i finally get an answer from them saying i did not pay for the order. I had selected for cash on delivery and had paid in cash to the delivery guy. However they say i did not pay. This is clearly cheating the customer. Even after paying i am being told that i did not pay. Dont they check or verify with their delivery guys. Since 7th march i have been trying to reach out to them. I keep waiting for hours for them to assign an agent to help me. When i finally give up they assign an agent who waits for a minute and closes. Today somehow i got one agent who just left the conversation the moment i started complaining. This is a very pathetic customer service from big basket. Their calling facility doesnt work. Only way to reach out to them is via chat which is useless.

                      I have given order some items along with "Santoor body lotion light moisturising twin pack 250 ml" on 26th Feb, but I received only one bottle. I logged complaint after receiving items when giving rating but till now no response from your side. Today I called customer care service number. The representative is telling there is not mentioned as twin pack in my order, but I have received delivery statement also and on that clearly written as "twin pack" so please give proper response.

                        My order was suppose to be delivered in 90 mins. The customer service agent called that the delivery agent was not able to locate. I have given him direction and he came to my building and left saying I could not be connected. The order is cancelled. I chatted with the agent and that is another pain. The agent was not trained. He disconnected.
                        I want compensation for this harrasment.

                            Two instance of total lack of respect to customers time and money from big basket. Multiple issues on these orders. Big basket was never bothered about this though.

                            1. Order placed and never delivered on time, after waiting for the promised slot (7am - 9.30 am slot and big basket updated me at around 10am), big basket mentioned that it will be delayed to a later slot. Same thing repeated for next slot and it was moved to next day!!!
                            2. Ordered item was never delivered and big basket updated order without any update and also not sure about the amount they credited.
                            3. Item was in the order list but never delivered. The delivery person mentioned that it was informed to me, but bigbasket never informed and when i called big basket, they did not know about this.
                            4. Bad quality item delivered and even after return of the item, big basket did not bother to credit the amount or replace the item.
                            5. Wrong item delivered and never replaced the item on time. I asked them not to credit the amount to my wallet as big basket was more interested in customer money than providing service. And big basket happily took the money without any question.

                            For any of the above issues, big basket never bothered to call and they never replied with proper answers to any of the issues.

                            It is very clear that big basket does not have any respect to customers time or money.

                            I have ordered bb Popular Rice - Raw, Sona Masoori.Quality was very bad.i took 1 cup rice and made a rice.it is very sticky and smell is very bad.

                            i want to return that item..cant use that item.it is not worth for money.
                            i never prefer big basket for any product i want to buy online.

                              My order #dx-mguo[protected] scheduled for delivery on thu 01 mar 2018 between 01:00 pm and 03:00. The transaction has failed but also the amount has deducted from my bank account. I have to cancel my order for the same because of the failure of transaction. Kindly requesting you to refund the whole amount in my bank account that has been deducted as soon as possible.

                                Hi. I ordered some lettuce, which were delivered on time, but i found green insects inside the lettuce. It looked great on the exterior, but as i opened a few layers i saw the bugs. It was a very unpleasant experience. I would like to be assured it would never happen again. May i request you to add a customer review section on your app, so i can see ratings while buying? It would be great. Thank you.

                                I placed an order in big basket.com...but that was cancelled by me...and the money was funded to my wallet...by mistake I funded some more money to big basket wallet...I want the money in my wallet to get transferred to my bank account.

                                  We are happy about the big basket service and promptness. But...!

                                  Recently we ordered a banana leaf for ₨. 12 wherein the size was 1/6th of the size of normal leaf available in the market, also it was torn and folded in such a way as it was less than small plate.

                                  I've no idea on what basis the person packed the banana leaf, it looked as if it was meant to feed cattle but no use for domestic purpose. This was the hurting experience which we had when buying this product from big basket.

                                  It would be great if big basket associates in packing and delivering section to consider each product while packing and delivering as to be useful for the consumer when received by them.

                                  On all your boxes are written that ‘please return the boxes’ because they will be recycled by you and resued, but your delivery boys do not take away the boxes and ask us to throw it or keep it.
                                  Why mention something like this and become great in people’s eyes when your employees don’t abide by your rules.
                                  There is no need to show off.
                                  My big basket order was to be delivered on Sunday, 4th of March. I ordered a total of 6 items.

                                  Out of 6 items I ordered, one item was missing (Amul Cheese slices 100gm-2).

                                    Hilsa fish of 2.08kg was ordered along with other orders with reference[protected]. This was delivered on 16th feb at flat no. Nre 011 dlf new town heights action area iii kolkata 700135. The total value of the bill is rs 8592. The entire hilsa fish is stale and tastes bitter. Surprise that a portal of big basket stature supplying stale hilsa.

                                      Trying to place my order since morning but failing to do so. All the items were removed automatically from my basket. Now i am unable to add even a single thing in the basket. Called the helpline but the agent had no answer to why this was happening. The agent asked me to log out and log back in. Have done that but as expected, i did no good. Big basket has bad customer service.
                                      I want to place the order as soon as possible.
