Have faced repeated instances of substandard quality in BigBasket's 'tender coconut' subscription product. After multiple such deliveries, I cancelled the subscription. On raising the issue through BigBasket's post-interaction feedback form, the concern was rated by me as 'not understood' and 'not resolved' — this is not a reflection on the individual support agent, but on BigBasket's process for handling recurring product-quality complaints on subscriptions.
