Bigbasket.com — delay in delivery without information and no backup plan | |||
I did not get my delivery today in the time slot of 7 30 to 9 30 am. No message to say my delivery is delayed or cancelled. I called twice to to only told that there is not slot until Wednesday. The customer care lady Stuti tells me now it can be delivered only on Wednesday evening...if ones order is cancelled, how can we be given our orders after 2 days!! They are saying its because of the rains in Mumbai...let me tell you Amazon is here, already delivering and so is Myntra...there are no floods today...inspite of the same, they are giving such reasons...it will rain in Mumbai for 2 more months, so I have no trust in Big Basket anymore. We need groceries on a daily basis. I order atleast weekly from Big Basket. Very bad service and follow up to the problem...then they just disconnect the phone once you ask to talk to the manager...and dont bother to call you back!! Was this information helpful? | |||
