[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — My money got debited but still it is showing cash on delivery | |
On 15 june, 21 i had placed order and did its payment through paytm its been a week andi haven’t got money . When I contacted the customer service they told that money would be credited within 7 days and till now it hasn’t happened and they told me the transaction didn’t happen from their side but money debited still . Very poor service and it was not a small amt for groceries it was ₹1035 And they are not at all helpful I want my money back 😡😡 Was this information helpful? | |
