Dear sir below is the reproduction of my email correspondence with your company since 14 april and there had not been any response. I also tried to call helpline number of times but after initial recorded message, i keep waiting and after that it get disconnected.

I placed order from my phone app (Mobile number: +91 -[protected]) following and i am mentioning with details below:

4 instant coffee – gold 50g bottle/ returned /not received/ refunded in my wallet
5 tea natural care 250 g/ returned /not received /refunded in my wallet

You are kindly requested to refund the amount for the items which have not been delivered. I personally along with building manager checked at our building reception where more than 25 orders were delivered on 14 april as per flat numbers but none was received for b-609.

My order was placed on for 14 april and showing that two items are delivered today morning but i did not receive it and three items still pending for delivery. Can you update to whom they delivered. I checked with our building reception and they said now hing is received for our flat from big-basket. Kindly give us details as whom items have been delivered
