Bigbasket.com — non delivery of product even after 7 days of placing of order

My order no. Mmofvo[protected] for rs 2113 was placed on 30/07/2019 and was to reach on 03/08/2019 before 10:00 am after a delay of more than 4 days. Complete amount was paid by paytm in advance. They then did not deliver the order by due time and upon my complaint then changed delivery time to 1:00 pm and then to 4:00 pm. I again complained online and was told that operational manager would call me in 15-30 mins but no one did. The automatically my order delivery date and time was changed to 7:00 am-10:00 am slot on 04/08/2019 which was never delivered and now even till 1:45 am on 05/08/2019 my order has not yet been delivered. I even took the bbstar membership for rs 300/- and even inspite of that my delivery has not only been absurdly delayed but not delivered at all. I now seek a 100% refund of my prepaid full delivery amount and bbstar membership fee as well.
