Bigbasket.com — invalid gift voucher issued | |
Customer - [protected]@gmail.com I received gift voucher worth rs 250 but when i tried to redeem it on order message shows invalid voucher, i contacted customer care thrice in an hour and each call was put on hold for more than 10 min but after that it was disconnected. I also sent an email regarding the issue. Extremely poor customer service. Was this information helpful? | |

Due to I was on very urgent call could not pick up call, Delivery person didn't approach for second call and after talking to customer care immediately they postponed order for 24 hours . That's so disappointing . There is no proper management and communication between delivery person and customer care of big basket.Its really very very bad.
