Bikanervala — food products and criminal conduct

Ordered paneer tikka, paneer pakora, vegetable momos, mattar samosas, chocolate cake, and dahi bhalla. On opening, the packing was pathetic, the paneer tikka, paneer pakoras had fumed, badboodar foul smell paneer. The veg momos were smelling bad and cold! My god, we went with a few friends, for whom we had ordered the estables. This vinod. S. Sec. 29 and mr. Mehta, of bikanervala, assured that no such thing would ever, happen in future. So sirs, does one order all these highly priced food items, to relish with friends and family or to get horrible, baasi, stinking, food items, to land in hospital, due to indigestion and food poisoning by stale, poisonous price of bikanervala? If one makes a complaint, the consumer will be abused, threatened and intimidated? Fssai, food inspectors, and health department, should take strictest action against bikanervala, for a poor consumer's complaint redressal. Threatening the customer is a criminal offence. Fssai should check 1000s of complaints against the bikanervala, and should take deterrent action. Should the complainant / consumers, suffer and these momied halwais have underhand deals with the authorities. The license of bikanervala, should be suspended. Thanking you.

I purchased Cashews from Bikanervala Sector 29 Gurgaon. After eating them, it was tasting somewhat like kerosine or nail paint remover. Due to that, my tongue got chipped(felt burnt). My tongue is burning and I'm not able to eat anything since past 2 days.
