Dear Sir, On 5th Sep, I did a transaction of Rs 506/- to pay my BSNL landline bill f Haryana circle from HDFC Bank Debit Card. But due to some teachnical problems my Transaction get failed and my account is get debited with amount Rs 506/-. Also, I forgot to note your 14-Digit Transaction number but i have 6 digit Ref. No: 173107 which I able to see when I logged into Netbabanking. Currently, I am unable to track my Refund status. Sir, Please update me about the refund status. Sir, Please do it on priority basis as I am not getting assistance from BSNL - Haryana. My transaction details are as mentioned below.
