[Resolved] Billdesk — amount deducted from A/c; recharge not done | |||
Yesterday at 5:00 pm I did a mobile data pack recharge of Vodafone mobile No. [protected] for an amount of Rs. 96 through Internet Banking. The amount wad deducted from my bank account but the recharge was NOT successful. I called the Vodafone customer care and they said that the amount is not credited to their account. My Bank Transaction Id: State Bank Of India Transaction No. IG00AFFHJ2 for Rs. 96. Kindly refund the amount to my said account ASAP. KIndly send me an email regarding the Status.
