Billdesk — amount deducted from account but status showing pending

Dear team,

I have made a transaction of rs.4800/- towards payment of my bajaj rbl credit card on 22nd aug'19 through billdesk. Usually the transaction takes just few minutes & i get confirmation from rbl that they have received paid amount over my card. But yesterday the payment receipt shows pending status & the amount is not yet credited to my rbl card.
Please guide.

Details are as follow-:
1) payment through - bill desk (Paid through icici bank)
2) payment to -: bajaj rbl credit card
3) date-:[protected]:52:31
4) amount - rs.4800/-
5) transaction ref no. -: qici[protected]
