Billdesk — amount not credited to vendor (royal sundaram) | |||
Hi team, I renewed my car insurance policy in royal sundaram and used bill desk payment gateway internet banking from my icici savings account. The amount is debited from the account but the vendor i. E royal sundaram has not received the payment yet. While i approached them, they suggested me to raise a complain with bill desk. Please refer the transaction confirmation mail below received from the icici banking. You have made an online payment of inr 13271.46 towards bill desk from your account xx591 on dec 21, 2019 at 10:01 hours. The transaction id is [protected].
