[Resolved] Billdesk — bill payment to bescom failed, but money got deducted from bank a/c | |||
I used bescom app to pay power bill of 3351/- on 20 may 2020. The app used billdesk ([protected]@hdfcbank) for sending request to google pay. I paid 3351/- on google pay, money got deducted from my sbi account. But, billdesk said "payment could not be processed". Bescom did not get the amount from billdesk. May 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I did not get any call or email from BillDesk, but Bescom received the payment from them.
From here, BillDesk Support got notified and that was enough. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
