I recharged my bsnl mobile phone no [protected] (Himachal pradesh) on dated 11/11/2017 at 09:02:58 pm through your service and my balance deducted rs220/- from my pnb debit card but my phone not recharged. Please solve my problem.
My pre paid plan recharge rs220/- through debit card my amount deducted but mobile not recharged. My name is purushotam dutt.
