Billdesk — complain about money deducted

I have done recharge on 22nd august on my airtel number via billdesk. But i did not received the balance in my mumber while the amount was debited from my sbi account. Its been so many days yet i have not got that amount back. My transaction ref no igabwkygu6 for rs.198.0 on 22-aug-17 09:26. I want my amount back. Why company is doing such fraud?? Please inquire about the problem occured and let me know.

I booked jio phone on 24/08/2017 . But did not received transaction id or voucher though my bank account says that my payment to bill desk has been successfull

I tried to pay my Airtel landline connection bill (Reference ID[protected]) through billdesk.The amount 1148.00 was debited from my ICICI account (Ref No. [protected] ). However, my online account is still displaying that the payment is pending.

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest
