Billdesk — credit card payment issues

My name is nagashayan i have done rs:10000/- credit card payment
Through karur vysya net banking on 4/10/2017. That 10000/- has been debited from kvb bank but didn’t received any email confirmation from rbl

I have paid pspcl bill of rs 10680 a/c z74zr633058w on[protected] and my account with icici bank sector 28d chandigarh was debited with transaction no[protected]. The receipt was not issued . Please reconcile
