The brief points are — While making a payment of rupees 18760/= on date 7.9.2018 to pspcl by online rtgs through my dena bank account no[protected], the txn was completed in two attempts. The same amount ie -18760/- was debited in my bank a/c on both occasion but reference no is issued once.
