Billdesk — Failure of bill payment transaction | |
Dear Sir,
On 24/7/2014 I made Online payment for reliance E- bill for Rs. 550/ service number [protected], through my ICICI Bank debit card. My transaction was failed with error Reasons: sorry! we are unable to process your transaction
Please contact us at [protected]@bildesk.com for any queries. But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account. what should I do now. please reply at my e-mail mentioned below.
