Dear Sirs, I would like to inform you that I have paid online my Current Year[protected] Property Tax through my Credit Card on 17.04.2017 vide reference No. KMC BILLS DSK 374 IN. In this matter the amount got deducted from my credit card but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked KMC Website several times and it is still showing the amount unpaid. Hence you are requested to please investigate the matter at your earliest Request you to investigate from your end and let me know what to be done from my side. My jio number bearing [protected] tried to recharge online through jio app on 14/04/2017 but transaction failed but amount of 309 rs was debited from my syndicate bank account bearing # 220/16383, will I get back my debited amount?
