[Resolved] Billdesk — lic payment amount deducted receipt not generated

Dear sir,

I have paid an amount of rs.6939.70/- to lic through billdesk
But receipt not generated on 13.12.18. I enquired today also with lic but amount not credited to them. Ref. No:[protected].

Please solve my query at the earliest as due date is approaching. I made a call to custmer support to lic also they informed me that amount was not received to them.

i just received SMS that amount was adjusted. and policy was renewed. even i spoke to customer support of LIC also. Thank you.

I paid lic India premium by Lic app through BillDesk merchant by phonepe wallet. Premium amount debited from bank account but Lic premium not paid. So please refund my amount kindly.
