[Resolved] Billdesk — money debited and recharge failed | |
Sir, I have recharged my jio number with Rs 300 and selected google pay as payment method. The payment was not successful in google pay because of selection of wrong mobile operator and the recharge is failed. I didn't received any confirmation from jio. No sign of successful recharge. But the money was debited from my bank account. Please revert the payment. I have contacted my bank and they told they amount was successfully sent from their side and they cannot do anything regarding this. please refund as soon as possible.
