Billdesk — money debited from my paytm wallet but insurance is not active...

Recently i try to purchase two wheeler insurance from bajaj allianz general insurance and make payment two times from my paytm wallet but money is debited from my paytm wallet and billdeskutil gateway page shows transaction fail. Details of each transaction are given below:-

I contact bill desk customer care executives many times with email, but no response received from bill desk customer care executives. Please refund these amount asap.
