Billdesk — Money deducted from Paytm Wallet and Recharge Not Received

I did recharge of Rs 303 for my reliance Jio number on 31st March at 09:37 PM via MyJio App selecting Paytm as payment Mode. But somehow it got failed still i have neither have received recharge nor amount refunded in my wallet. On calling Paytm Care they are refusing to help saying transaction is successful from their end to the merchant BILLDESKUtil and asking to contact Reliance Jio Care, so i did called Reliance Care too, they also refused to help saying there is no record of such transaction at their end. Where did the money gone ?? Kindly help.
