Billdesk — Money got deducted but not generate the receipt | |||||
Hi, I am an issuer f PAN CARD from UTIISL. Today I have done a payment through your billdesk . money got deducted and I got message in my mobile for deduction of the money. but in the website it is not redirected to payment success status. still it is reloading... I know that during the payment time one shouldn't refresh or back in the browser. I didn't do that. all this was happened automatically. So, Sir/madam please help me to get the amount (Rs.107/-) refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I made a recharge for my jio no.[protected] on 31.03.17 at 21:15 on jio plan 149 through my paytm wallet.Balance has been deducted but transaction is not successful. I have contacted both paytm care and jio care, they complain payment is not successful. Please check the transaction and resend money to jio team or refund me money.

My BSNL prepaid no is- [protected]. i was recharge Rs.339 unlimited plan, with using BSNL mobile app. Recharge amount debited from my account. but still no recharge my mobile number. Please recharge or refund my bank account. Transaction reference no is- BILLDSK-ICNB[protected]-BILLDSK please consider my request.
