I recharged my electricity meter today and i payed rs.1000 for it online, i received the prepaid payment receipt but it did not have a voucer code. My money on the other hand has already been deducted from my account. Please look into the matter and resolve it and do provide me with a voucher code as soon as possible. I have added a screenshot of my payment receipt to bring things to your notice

Sir, I have paid challan for Rs 139.72 by internet banking (sbi) on 22.07.2019 vide your ref.no. 85874020 to Hyderabad police for traffic challan. My account is debited but your transaction status shows did not reach hyd police dept. Pl.check and revert.

Transaction was made on 6th of July
It has not been refunded yet.
