Billdesk — non confirmation of payment of hdfc credit card bill | |||
Dear sir/madam, On 05.04.2019, i made payment of rs 24080 towards my hdfc credit card bill, through sbi net banking, on billdesk, reference no. Qsbi[protected] transaction status is "success". My sbi account has been debited with rs, 24080, but confirmation of payment has not been received in my hdfc credit card account. Kindly confirm the same. Regards G. I. S. Myself BIRENDRA SHAW, actually yesterday I was paid of Rs.8350 in my HSBC BANK CREDIT CARD Through BILLDESK from my YESBANK SAVING BANK ACCOUNT but still now this payment was not credited in my HSBC BANK CREDIT CARD, my TRANSECTION no is QYBK[protected]..
So please look into the matter and credited this amount in my HSBC CARD as soon as possible
