Billdesk — payment deducted from bank a/c but not credited to vodafone prepaid mobile a/c | |||||
I have made payment to vodafone on 02/08/2018 at around 21:50 hrs for online recharge to prepaid mobile no:[protected] through axis bank, serampore branch, internet banking of rs. 458/= & debited from my bank account accordingly. After transaction the following message have been displayed on the screen: "vodafone india (With logo of vodafone india) Hello! Looks like the transaction status is pending at bank end. Please wait for 1 hour before transacting again. Transaction id: nuti[protected]" But till time, the amount of rs.458/= is neither credited to the said mobile no. A/c nor credited to the bank account. Kindly confirm whether the above amount is received & transferred to vodafone prepaid mobile a/c or not Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have a transaction towards payment of SBI credit card on 4/8/2018, Money deducted from my UBI account but receipt not generated, I am not in a position to know whether transaction was successful or not. I have mail to [protected]@bildesk.com but yet to get any response. Transaction ID SBICARD/[protected].
