Billdesk — Payment process failed but amount deducted from bank account | |||||
I have made a online Bill payment of My Telephone No. [protected] on[protected] through BillDesk, but the transaction was declined and no confirmation i have been received. The payment has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account. Now please refund the said amount in my account. My Bank Statement shows the Payment of Rs. 779. I made a payment to MTNL Delhi for an amount of BILLDESK-GKVB[protected] ON 23.08.2016 AT 10.01.15 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NOT CREDITED BY MTNL RESULTANT I HAD TO PAY TWICE

BSNL Landline bill Rs. 737 payment thru net banking hanged while paying thru your website on[protected]. The amount was debited from my bank account. Now the the BSNL bill status still shows pending
