BSNL CELL NO [protected]. NET BANKING Recharge of Rs. 55 made through bill desk on 10/01/2012 around 10.15 a.m. Amount debited to my Andhra Bank Account
[protected]. But receipt not generated. AND AMOUNT OF RS. 55 NOT CREDITED TO BSNL RECHARGE. PL CLARIFY.

FURTHER I USE BILL DESK REGULARLY FOR PAYMENT Through Andhra Bank Credit Card, Visa Pay.

Similarly last month my recharge of Rs 55 to my other phone [protected] has not been credited by BSNL so far. Pl provide full details. Sathyanarain .
